ITS America Still Accepting Entries for 2008 Best of ITS Awards
The “Best of ITS Awards” honor the most innovative, effective and influential achievements in the public and private sectors of our industry. ITS America has extended the entry deadline for the 2008 Best of ITS awards program to Thursday, Sept. 18, 2008. The awards will be presented on November 17 in New York City during the 15th World Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems. ITS America will award a private company and public agency in each of the following categories: Best New Product, Service, or Application; Rural ITS Project of the Year; Sustainability in Transportation; Outreach; Partnership Deployment: Business-to-Business or Government-to-Government; Partnership Deployment: Public-Private; and Research and Innovation.
