Train Control SCADA Program Manager
ARINC's Marina del Rey, CA office seeks a highly motivated Train Control & SCADA Program Manager to support its Surface Transportation & Security Systems Division. This position will oversee and manage Train Control and SCADA system development and implementation projects. Heavy customer interface is required. This position will manage day-to-day activities concerning subcontractor and project team's tasks. This position will develop project plans, manage project budget and schedule. This position will participate in marketing efforts, develop new business, and carry out proposal development efforts. The goals for the first 6 months to a year are as follows: act as Program Manager for the one or more projects; ensure the projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with customer satisfaction; achieve a minimum of 10% average EBIT (over program life determined at year end); if not PMP certified, begin PMI certification as part of ARINC PM Level 2 certification; complete ARINC PM training in accordance with PM System requirements; and ensure all ARINC ISO, CMMI, and TSSEP policies and procedures are implemented on all projects.
