There are less than 30 days until the ITS 3C Summit,
so now is time to register for this one-of-a-kind event! The Gulf Region ITS,
ITS Florida, and ITS Georgia state chapters will host the ITS 3C Summit September
14-17 in Mobile, Alabama. With the theme “Combined Intelligence – Working
Together for Smarter Transportation,” attendees will get a firsthand account of
the future of transportation technology. A few highlights of the
conference include a DOT CEO Roundtable featuring DOT directors from across the
southeast, a Connected Vehicles panel discussion and ITS - End User's
Perspectives and Applications General Session. Speakers
invited to those sessions include executives from USDOT, Nissan, UMTRI, FDOT,
Coca-Cola, Red Classic and IBM. Attendees and guests are invited to board the
famed USS Alabama battleship for a networking event that’s sure to impress.
Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a tour of
the highly secure international AUSTAL Ship Building Facility along with the
Alabama Department of Transportation Mobile Traffic Management Center (TMC) and
