Responsibilities include: Working with an ever-increasing level of responsibility, as part of a team and also independently in evaluating and applying TE principles, standards, and criteria. Minimum Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Junior TE 2+ yrs./ Senior TE 5+ years of experience; Preferred Experience: Traffic Signal Design & Traffic Modeling; PennDOT/PA Turnpike projects; TE studies/analysis; Driver’s License.
