Join the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association on March 22-23, 2010 in Washington, DC and participate in discussions on federal legislative initiatives with leaders in the transportation policy debate. U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood will speak on Monday, March 22 at 8:30 am.
