Call for Papers Deadline Fast Approaching

IRF’s Third Latin America Regional Congress, September 20-23, 2010 in Bogotá, Colombia, will provide road industry leaders with opportunities to share in-country experiences as well as promote the transfer of knowledge and technology throughout the region and the rest of the world. Papers must be submitted no later than March 26, 2010. The congress will include speakers on road safety, pavements, ITS, financing and tunneling and will also include an exhibition.
