Both Monday and Tuesday many of you received multiple copies of the TCN.  Although I only sent the newsletter once, it seems there's a glitch with Google Groups which is causing multiple copies to be sent.  Other Google Groups are experiencing the same problem but Google doesn't say what they are doing to fix it.  My apologies.
