The 2013 National Rural ITS Conference Planning committee would like to invite you to submit an abstract for presentation at the Conference in St. Cloud, Minnesota. All abstracts must be received by Friday, February 1, 2013 and authors should take care to ensure that abstracts submitted follow the guidelines found here.
