News Releases

Bernie's Notes
Yesterday's newsletter was the first put together on my new iMac computer.  All the previous editions of the TCN have used PCs and Microsoft Word.  As I adjust to the new equipment and commands there may be some minor differences in formatting.  Hopefully, these will not cause any significant problems.  I scheduled the switch during a US holiday to give me some additional time to learn the "Mac way" and since news slows down around a holiday.  Thanks for your patience.

Friday Bonus
Perhaps this is the lane for those traveling on horseback.

Upcoming Events
OceanTech Expo ’09 – October 7-9 – Providence, Rhode Island

Today in Transportation History
1969 **40th anniversary** - A Soviet N1 rocket exploded on the launch pad in the biggest explosion in rocketry history.
