ITS America Launches National Search for New President & CEO
A search committee of the ITS America Board of Directors is currently seeking interested parties for President & CEO. The President serves as the Chief Executive Officer responsible to the Board of Directors of ITS America. He/she participates in broad formulation of ITS America's vision, mission, goals, objectives and related policies and develops and recommends new or revised policies as deemed appropriate. Within the established policy framework the incumbent plans, organizes, coordinates and manages the diverse activities of ITS America. He/she is responsible for liaison between ITS America and its members, with the U.S. Department of Transportation and with the Board of Directors. The President is responsible for the development of annual business plans, a three-to-five year strategic plan and succession planning processes for all levels of the organization.
Successful candidates should have significant senior management experience in the transportation field. An attractive and market-competitive compensation program and executive perquisites will be negotiated to attract an outstanding candidate.
